It was a beautiful day. I decided to just stretch out my legs a bit and walk to and fro town with Rob. Legs are a bit stiff, and I don't want to push it any further. I focused all my mental energy on repairing any micro-tears. B - handful of chocolate chips, water S - free samples at Costco, sliced deli meat (turkey), more water D - grilled chicken sandwich with chips, a few walnuts, a beer, a few sips of water, a few sips of a mocha It took a while to get moving today, but we enjoyed the nice day outside and did some errands. I wanted to get my weight back over 100 lbs, because having it below 100 gives me eating-disordered-related thoughts (even if it's just water weight). As long as I'm in the 100-103 lb range, I'm fine. I think that's a good training and racing weight for me. |
